Ar Cancun Plaza Aparthotel, Cancun

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a small kitchenette with essential appliances, which was convenient, but I wish the customer service had been better.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell due to high humidity, and the walls looked dirty. The service was hit or miss, with some areas like the restaurant being good, but overall lacking. On the bright side, the location was convenient, especially being close to the airport.
